First when cashing in your slot receipt they only pay out in$ &. Use to go here regularly for a fun entertaining evening but since reopening after Covid, their service has gone down. Will be interesting if other players are experiencing the same. Im not sure why I have not been getting any free rooms comp lately at Fallsview as my play has not changed but If not receiving the free comp rooms my visits will certainly be fewer and will be playing at a local casino rather than taking the trip to Fallsview. They're going to have to be at their best if they want to keep bringing in customers from the GTA area being the new Great Canadian casino at Woodbine will be open soon.
Just all the staff including security seem to be much more friendly. Seem like every 20 min or so there was a drink attendant asking if I wanted a drink although she always seemed to be rushing. I was really surprised by how much-improved customer service was night and day from the last few visits. My rating this time is mainly on the casino. I actually really enjoyed it he really put a great show on with a lot of energy. Was there to see Chubby Checker my neighbour a big fan and had comp tickets.
